1. Known Source: all the knowledge has a known source, that can be freely referred to in order to trust or not the knowledge
2. Easy to trust: all supernatural claims have to be subjected to independent scrutiny. The 1M JREF challenge seems to have acceptable criteria for supernatural.
3. Free (as in free beer): All knowledge is available to the world at no charge.
4. Rationalistic: All knowledge must be subjected to the rules of logic and the burden of proof.
